Description

Evening pajamas and embellished wrap coat featured in the 1982 Parsons School of Design annual fashion show, in which Speliopoulos won the J.C. Penney Student Designer-of-the-Year award. As indicated on the front side of the illustration, this design was also the recipient of the Oscar de la Renta award. The back of the illustration includes detailed information about the materials used and their prices, as well as a layout for the pattern pieces. Two fabric samples are attached to the front, including a swatch of white corduroy with bugle bead embroidery.
