The second segment of a three-part video of the Parsons School of Design annual fashion show at the New York Marriott Marquis. The runway show is depicted in full. Designer Donald Brooks presents the annual costume design showcase. The showcase's theme is "Poiret -- a Masked Ball... circa 1914." Dean of Parsons, Charles Olton, introduces Frank Rizzo, chair of the Fashion Design Department. Rizzo presents the Gold Thimble Awards.
