Description
Everyone Knows The Song is a character based documentary video that explores an individual soldier’s homecoming readjustment experience.
This documentary follows guitarist and Army reservist Ray Gerber, upon returning from service in Abu Ghraib, Iraq. Over two-and-a-half years, Ray’s humorous disposition guides the audience through profound personal change. Ray comes to acknowledge that the altruistic demands of this nursing and Army medic professions are at odds with his songwriting ambitions and need for self-care as a veteran.
