This audio recording is of the second part of a concert given at The New School by cellist Ellen-Zoe Hassman and pianist Sandra Rivers. The recording quality is poor and sometimes interrupted throughout the performance. The first piece is Ludwig van Beethoven's Seven Variations on "Bei Männern, welche Liebe fühlen" for Cello and Piano, WoO 46, followed by Sergei Prokofiev's Cello Sonata in C major, Op. 119: Andante Grave - Moderato Animato (15:09), Moderato - Andante Dolce (26:10), Allegro, ma non troppo (31:37). The finale is David Popper's Hungarian Rhapsody for Cello and Piano, Op. 68 (41:05).
