Description
Costume design drawing probably commissioned by director Michael Strange, the stage pseudonym of Blanche Oelrichs (1890-1950), for an unproduced show about Joan of Arc. According to her memoir, "Who Will Tell Me True" (1940), Strange scuttled the one-woman show, "Forever Young", circa 1937.
