Women's suit featuring a calf-length straight skirt and long-sleeved collarless jacket with a slight peplum waist and tiered flaps on the proper right chest, which are also found on the proper left hip. Markings on the suit fabric indicate that the material may be tweed, or have a plaid pattern. The suit is worn with a veiled hat and frame handbag that is held in the women's right hand. This illustration was presumably used by one of the publications that featured Erickson's work, such as Vogue or Harper's Bazaar.
