Description
This illustration appeared in the September 15, 1954 issue of Vogue on page 145. According to the caption, the ensemble on the left is designed by Nat Kaplan. The outfit consists of a lipstick-red wool jersey poncho worn over a sleeveless fitted dress, which features buttons extending down the front center. The dress on the right is a shirtwaist dress in red jersey by the brand Rembrandt, which is worn with a black belt.
