According to the caption, the ensemble on the left is a wool crêpe coat dress with steel cut buttons and a fan of pleats on the skirt. The dress on the right is in rayon ottoman and features a "wide, crackling" collar, worn with a navy-blue felt hat by Germaine Montabert. Both dresses are by Lafaurie for Young Viewpoint.
