Description
Bonwit Teller window display featuring a women's nightwear ensemble. The look is displayed against a dramatic backdrop of heavy curtains, which contributes to the theatrical, masquerade theme of the window series. The mannequin is wearing long pajama pants, floor length long sleeved robe with wide lapels, cravat, bracelets, heels, and a mask designed by W.T. Benda. An additional mask lies on a pillow at the right of the display, and a banner at the bottom reads: "Masquerade... Bonwit's champagne fantasy third floor."
