Description
Bonwit Teller window display featuring dresses by Lanz. Both mannequins are wearing dresses, hats, heeled shoes, jewelry, and gloves. The mannequin on the left hand side of the display is holding an umbrella. They are posed as if they are in conversation with each other. Between the two mannequins is a portrait bust made by Jeanne Kelly entitled "Scott Kelly". The bust is placed on an elevated column platform. A banner at the bottom of the display reads "Bonwit's Young American Clothes by Lanz... See the great Spring collection on our Young Seventh Floor... Bonwit's Annual Young American Artist's Window Exhibit... Scott Kelly by Jeanne Owens... talented artist who has worked with us on window displays."
