Bonwit Teller window display featuring a women's evening ensemble designed by Suzanne-Augustine. The background is inspired by Shakespeare's "Richard II", with a painted backdrop of a scene from the play as well as an elevated wooden platform with painted shield detail suggesting an Elizabethan state. The mannequin is standing on this platform wearing an embroidered gown, long silk wrap, jewelry, elbow gloves, and heeled shoes. A banner at the bottom of the display reads "Gala Premier... Bonwit's pure drama of an evening... by Suzanne Augustine... Designers Sixth Floor...
